- Return deadlines and conditions
- Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 8 days of receiving the product. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.
- Return Shipping Fee
- If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping costs for defective products and incorrect deliveries.
- Defective Products

⑴ In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange the product. Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 8 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after 8 days from the date of receipt of the product .
⑵ If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 3 days of receiving the product. Please return the product using the method specified by our company.
